Eat Ham
Hi everyone Melyssa here with another card using the sweet little paper pack called Simple Stories-Harvest Lane. I love the rich Autumn colours of this paper. I think it makes a great combo for Thanksgiving cards or layouts. The little turkey is a digi stamp. ;)

Thankful
Happy belated Thanksgiving, Canadian friends! And Happy World Cardmaking Day also belated!
Dani here to share a quick and fun project to celebrate Thanksgiving, Fall and the World Cardmaking day! Yep, I know, I'm so lazy that I have to group 3! major dates to go on and create a card... Oh well, what can I say... I hope it is worth the work (it took me 20 minutes, but don't tell anyone) and I can give you all some inspiration:
When I saw this Lawn Fawn stamp set with the three different backgrounds (it's called Interlocking Backdrops, a MUST HAVE) I thought "Self, even you, the lousiest stamper in the World, can make an awesome stamped background with them." And I was rightas usual. So go check all the Lawn Fawn stamps at Scrapbooking Cafe Online and, if you can't ind what you are looking for, Kristy will be delighted to bring it in just for you! Isn't this awesome? My husband totally disagrees with this statement, ha!
Hope you have all had a wonderful Thanksgiving surrounded by family and friends!

Kids Thanksgiving Crafts!
Hello! It's Anita from http://craftygrldesigns.blogspot.ca/ And today I have a bit of a different post for you! This
morning my daughter and I were on a local Winnipeg Television show doing
Thanksgiving kids crafts! I
think it went really well! Everyone at Breakfast Television were so
kind and easy to work with!
This is on of the crafts we made:
A leaf turkey! Would you like to watch the video of the show here.
And in the second segment we made these pine cone turkeys:
You can see the video of that here.
I hope that you enjoyed it! My daughter and I really did! She loves crafts just as much as me and was really excited for this! :> And if your wondering I would do it again! I love sharing my creativity with others! I feel passionate about being creative in all areas of my life. I find joy and relaxation in being crafty and with how busy life can be it is much needed!
That's it from me! I look forward to be back next week, and make sure to enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner, it's my favorite dinner of the year!

Never Ending Turkey Talk
Hi all! It's getting so close to turkey time I can hardly stand it! Today I have what I think is the coolest card technique ever!! Thanks to Kristy for hosting a card class at this past weekends Scrapbooing Cafe crop teaching how to make this card. I thought it was so awesome that I wanted to make a video tutorial to share so you all can try it for yourself. Here are some pictures of the card decorated with Simple Stories-Harvest Lane 6x6 paper pad.

so thankful
Hello friends!
It is now officially fall, although it is a bit hard to tell with the weather being so hot here in BC. Our Canadian Thanksgiving is only a few weeks away so I figured what better time to make a Thankful card.
I just got the Harvest Lane 6x6 pad from Simple Stories. I just looooove this collection! The colors are absolutely gorgeous! Fall is definitely my favorite season; I love the cool, sunny days and the crisp leaves, pumpkins, halloween, all of it!
I made this card with my new goodies...
I was so excited to dive in and use this beautiful collection that I think I got overwhelmed and hit a design road block. Does that ever happen to you? You love something so much that you don't know where to start?
Eventually I was able to come up with something, but for as simple as this card is, it sure did take me a loooong time to make! LOL
